An old Analog IPA with lots of lactobacillus...and some sugar to balance the acidity. First sip was quite sour but it mellowed out as it warmed. Very nice. Pic: Michaela Jackson?

From tap. Pours hazy orange, white head. Aroma is tropical fruity. Mild milky. Spur, deep fruity. Juicy. Lingering fruity and juicy far finish.

Draft at Carnivale Brettanomyces 2025. Didn't take many notes, just enjoyed good beers and good company. What I do remember: Nice Brett IPA.
