22oz bomber from the brewery, drunk 6/23/25.
Lightly cloudy, soft, peachy-golden, somewhat muted/matte. Big, fluffy, white head, slowly receding to ring.
Initially upon opening and after the first few sips, there's some glue and other weird stuff. Maybe some odd bitterness that doesn't seem like hop. But it seems to clean up, or the palate accustoms, as the glass goes on (I drank it very slowly).
Not much personality, but I do appreciate that the beer has a good maltiness and pretty good attenuation. Bit of floral, honey, nutty wheat and round fruitiness. Very easygoing, but it goes down easy enough and has a soft, supple texture. A little put-off by the notes upon opening, but it somewhat endeared itself with the solid malt/wheat texture.
