Sampled from the tap at Mixed Culture 2017. Pours a cloudy reddish grapefruit with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice sour plum note with a decent amount of oak, light funk and a bit of grain. Flavor has a great tart plum with funk, oak and a touch of grain supporting.
