Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
On tap at the Wausau location. Pours a clear deep amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has citrus with a bit of apple, Belgian yeast and a light grain backbone. Flavor has lots of Belgian yeast with grass, some bitter citrus and a light grain backbone.
