Cask at the brewery. Pours a clear brown with a deep grayish brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has some slightly spicy ginger with a bit of rye and a hint of sweet carrot. Flavor is very ginger forward a decent amount of rye in the finish and a hint of carrots.
