Bottle thanks to Marnie and Ben! Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of bread and biscuit with a bit of smoke underlying. Flavor is similar with an interesting biscuit and light smoke combination with a bit of sweet grain supporting.

The same ale yeast as used in all big rock ales. Cleanly brewed and medium bodied, the smoky flavour is very subtle, not a whole lot to make this beer stand out. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
