Cask at the brewery. Pours near black with some visible sediment and a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice combination of roasted malts with dark grains, peppers, coffee and a bit of bitter pine. Flavor has lots of dark grains joined by peppers and bitter pine with coffee supporting.
