Bottle, thx Papsoe! Shared with Valhalla ppl. Horrendous aroma, rotten cheese, foot fungus, Brett and some underlying blueberry, aggressive. Something went heavily wrong here. Soft, sour taste, very funky cheese and blueberries. At least the mouthfeel is okay... Man, might be the travel, but wild yeast went in a terrible direction here.

Bottle 33 cl. Comes as South Plains Funkyland Sour Blueberry Weissbier. Pours a hazy, deep berry red with a creamy, pinkish head. Very funky, Bretty nose atop some berry notes. Light, very tart body. Distinct berry sourness with loads of Brett. Draft at Dynamo. Bar de Soif. Clearish reddish amber color small white head. Blueberry aroma. Taste is tart almost acetic berries

Rød lett tåkete med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter noe blåbær og gress. Lett. Syrlig smak. Smaker sitrus, hvete og noe bær.

Flaska från SB. Blekröd näst intill utan skum överhuvudtaget. En lite fisig syrlighet och funkighet som nästan tangerar svavel och ägg. Bärigheten ger lite blåbär och röda bär, men ligger lite mer i bakgrunden i förhållande till den halmiga och höiga funkigheten. Gillar den här typen av syrlighet, och inte ofta man möter den i Sverige, men kanske inte är helt mitt i prick med denna. Kul hur som!
