Draught, taster. Sampled on the 27/10/2018 at "Mash Beer Festival 2018", Barcelona (Spain). Misty golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma is wood, barnyard, wild yeast and funky. Taste is wild yeast, notes of wood, vineous and grapes. Finish is sour and acidic with a fruity and woody touch. Next one please!

Complex aroma with fresh wood and vanilla. Very sweet. Flavour is toned down and much milder. Light sourness. Smooth texture.

Draft at Oedipus during Carnevale Brettanomyces. Hazy yellow color white head that settles quickly. Funky aroma with dust and feet. Taste is fruity with overripe pineapple, more funk and dust. Delicious
