A mocha milk stout : cacao nibs, freshly ground coffee from Mundo Novo/Topazio beans from Fazenda Samambaia, via Coffee Officina and Two Brews craft beer/coffee shop in Colchester. Lactose for a touch of sweetness.
I decided to call it ‘Samambaia’ as I thought that the recent brew ‘Amarazaka’ rolled off the tongue way too easily.

330ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - cheers Graham!]. Quasi black colour with average, frothy, collapsing, beige to tan head. Chocoöately and roasty, dark malty aroma, hints of dark chocolate and couverture, a touch of milk sugar, coffee overtones, a minimally waxy touch (waxy egg white). Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately dark malty, notes of coffee, hints of dark chocolate, a touch of milk sugar. Minimally watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Nice coffee flavours, sadly way overcarbonated.

17/6/2018. Bottle from Hopsters, Ipswich. Bit of a gusher. Pours mahogany brown with a beige head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, dark fruit and hint of berries. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, quite fizzy carbonation.

Bottle courtesy of Grumbo, thank you sir! Gusher. Clear brown color tan edge head. Aroma of Hershey's syrup and espresso. Taste is earthy coffee grounds. OK

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A almost black beer with a mid-sized good lasting beige head. Aroma of mild roasted coffee, dark malt and lactose. Taste of roasted dark malt, lactose, coffee. Nice!

Many thanks to Grumbo for this bottle! Smooth malty beginning. Round and smooth roasted. Mild with a nice coffee back. Roast, round and easy to drink. Very dry, roasted chocolate, malty coffee bitter in the aftertaste. Nice and round brew.
