Sampled from the tap at FOBAB 2012. Pours a near clear ruby amber with a reddish white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a lot of raspberry with underlying Belgian yeast, sweet grains and a hint of barrel. Flavor is again full of slightly tart raspberries with a backbone of sweet grains and Belgian yeast.
