Bold and beautifully balanced Stratagem is a hop lover’s dream. Juicy hits of grapefruit, mango, and ripe berries burst from the glass, thanks to the dynamic trio of Citra, Mosaic, and Strata hops. A soft malt backbone keeps it grounded, while subtle pine and dank tropical notes layer in complexity. Brewed with Joe Lee and based on his 2025 Stockport Homebrew competition winning recipe.

Stockport Beer Festival 2026 Beer#10. Golden-blonde coloured ale. Session strength and texture with a slightly weaker tasting but not thin hoppiness with underlying tropical notes.

Cask at the marble arch. A light hazed brushed gold coloured pour with a lasting creany white head. Aroma is semi sweet, floral citrus leafy, bready grains straw.. Flavour is composed of green lemon, floral citrus, leafy. Loose wheat leafy hop, palate is lovely cask condition.
