On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber orange with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a rich peach note with a bit of sweetness and Belgian yeast with an underlying dry note from the barrel. Flavor is much more wine forward with a good amount of dryness with underlying notes of peach that grows towards the finish and a bit of sweet earthy grain. Peach comes out more as it warms.
