From the cask. Pours a clear amber with a small tan head that dissipates immediately and completely. Aroma has a beautiful rum note that combines nicely with caramel, raisins and barrel. Flavor is a less in tense version of the aroma with caramel, sweet grains and a hint of raisin. Finish is a bit thin.
