(swing top bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Hazy, light-amber colour with a short off-white layer. Sweet and slightly yeasty caramel-malty aroma with a touch of woody hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light bodied with a calm and smooth carbonation. Soft cara-malt-character with a touch of chalk and butterscotch, accompanied hy herbal and slightly woody hoppy notes, lingering into the moderately dry and bitter finish. A solid brew with Bohemian and Franconian attributes. 14.IV.10

draught at Bauthner Tor, Dresden. Hazy golden colour, mid-sized head. Hoppy-fruity nose reminding me of English bitters. Medium-bodied, malty base with lots of citrusy fruity hops, also reminding me of a good bitter. A delicious pink!

Draught, 4.7% at Bautzner Tor, Dresden. OK malty aroma, slightly sweet. Cloudy dark copper colour. Good stable creamy white head. The flavour starts off quite sweet, turning nicely malty, bready and grainy in the good natural way. Has a mildly sweet aroma hop flavour. Tastes a bit of (good) homebrew, but nice and flavourful.
