Darkest brown. Aroma is roasty coffe and dark chocolate a hint of dates and plums, not much of that mushroom stuff. Taste is bitter roasty coffe and bitter hops. Finish of dark chocolate and coffee. Very dry. But much less mushroom than in most Irish stouts (which I don't like that much). Balanced and drinkable. Unfortunately -1 overall for gushing.

1/10/2018. Bottle from Die Bierothek, Leipzig. Pours dark brown with a large foamy tan coloured head. Aroma of chocolate, toffee, malt, nut, coffee with moderate roasted notes. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Slightly sharp bitterness to finish. Not bad, but needed a lot less fizz and a bit more body.

OK, I had the Shouted Out Stout, abv matches this. But they also do a Milk Stout and a Coffee Stout. Bottle at Craft Beer Store Dresden, tasting beer #5. Dark brown color tan head. Chocolate malt and earthy coffee grounds aroma and flavor. Nice

0,33 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Pours out in a darkest brown, huge dark beige frothy head. A lot of choco on the nose. Taste has a lot of choco and malt, less coffee, low berriefruity in the background. Some fresh hop elements. High carbonated for a Stout. Could be more intensive to the end.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass deep black, small head. Dry-malty, stouty aroma. Starts malty-dry, stouty, some earthy notes. Light hints of bitter chocolate, some coffee. Finish less intense earthy, still malty-dry, roasty. Quite drinkable. I liked it!

Bottle from Bier Freunde, Leipzig. Neutral dry roasted nose. The beer starts a bit watery, not too intense roasted dry with hazelnuts and grain there. The grainy body doesn’t fit with the roast and hazelnuts, that is nice soft and smooth there, but not in a round picture. Long dry but grainy watery aftertaste with hints of hazelnuts and roast.
A bit sad - the Stout-aroma is there, but the watery grainy body is way too much in the foreground.
