Sampled from the cask at the 2010 GTMW. Poured dark brown with a brown head that dissipated slowly to the edges. Aroma had a nice chipotle note with underlying dark grains and bourbon. There was an odd underlying menthol note on the nose. That same menthol note was underlying as well on the tongue. The flavor was mainly a combination of dark grains and chipotle that grew towards the finish with a bit of bourbon.
