Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
On tap. Poured a near clear dark amber with an off white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma was full of tart apples with a bit of underlying cinnamon and caramel. Caramel and cinnamon are more apparent in the start of the beer with tart apple coming out in the finish.

5th Annual MBG Winter Beer Festival, Grand Rapids. Murky brown body, thin buff head. Brown sugar aroma with tart apple notes. Caramely body with sweet brown sugar and modest tart apple. Sharply carbonated; long, tangy finish. More crust than apple. This was very good.
