Pöide Ristpiste on saare moodi pruulitud beermosa stiilis jook, mis lisaks linnastele sisaldab ka apelsinimahla kontsetreeritud kujul. Võib öelda, et tegemist on Õllega, kuid samas ka õllekokteiliga. Ristpistes ei varjuta apelsin õlle maitset vaid annab kena tsitruselise meki juurde. Ristpiste on inspireeritud soovist luua õlle ja apelsinimahla kooskääritamise tulemusena kerge suvine mekk, mis tooks ka kokteilirahva Pöidele lähemale. Kokkuvõtvalt: Kui kõik on risti-rästi, kas halvasti või hästi, siis tegime mis kästi :D

33cl bottle from Prisma, Tallinn. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Mild citrusy aroma with notes of ripe oranges, hints of malt and herbs as well. Moderate sweet with fairly low flavour intensity and ditto bitterness. Carbonation is rather high. Somewhat refreshing.

TCBW2025. Slightly hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, some mild tartness with a bit herbal and earthy tones to it. Flavour is citrus, mild acidity with some tartness and mild herbal tones. Refreshing, and quite nice. But on the other hand, nothing that special.
