Bottle 375ml. corked @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Boon Oude Geuze VAT 108 ].Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy yeasty, barnyard, leather, manure, lemon - grapefruit - apple. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, barnyard, funky, dry, lemon - grapefruit - apple, wood - oak, caramel notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20171118] 8-3-8-4-16

Bottle (from boxbeers). Pours golden. Aroma is sour, sweet, oak, some booze, fruits. Flavor is sour and sweet, oak, fruits, lemon, some vinegar. Finish is lemon and oak with nutty dryness and slight booze. Overall: good, but too much vinegar for me. I'm getting lambic teeth from this one!

Bottle shared at kermis birthday tasting. Hazy golden with a ring off white head. Aroma of dry cellar funk, cobwebs, dusty, oak and fruity notes. Flavour is light sweet and light moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at kermis' birthday. Hazy golden with off white head. Funk, apricot, lemon, sweet gooseberries, light matches, fireworks, sweet white wine, grains, light herbs. Quite sour, under medium sweet and some alcoholic bad firework bitterness. Over medium bodied with quite strong fizzy carbonation. Nice!

From bottle at kermis’s b-day tasting at Kwartje. Clear golden with thin white head. Sour grains, massive horseblanket, grassy and hay. Niice. Sweet and moderate sour. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Clear orange to copper beer, small creamy off-white to yellow head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very herbal, rosemary, thyme, greenish, very strong smell. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very herbal, acidic, fruity notes, very refreshing. Aftertaste: fruity, apples, bit lemony, very funky, spicy, soft bitterness, some marzipan.
