Wine Barrel Fermented Missouri Saison
Soleil started as an experiment, the use of two fruits, together in one barrel with a delicate Missouri Saison for refermentation and finishing. The result is a beer fitting of its own name. Soleil 2024 showcases a harmony between peaches and passion fruit, with our distinct Saison profile. Bottled in 2023, this beer kept developing and maturing so positively, we waited until now to share it with you.
