Season for saison. Se on meidän mielestä aina, mutta vähintään ”kerran kauteen” pitää saison tehdä. Tällä kertaa se on jenkkiläisellä Mosaicilla kuivahumaloitu ”imperiaalinen” saison, eli prosentit kellottavat lukeman 6,8 %.

Mosaicin monihedelmä ja saisonhiivan funk pyörittävät toisiaan discon lattialla pilkkuun asti. Jatkot juhlitaan aurinkoisella terassilla, sillä tämä Himo-Kallen ex-panimo Moose on the Loosen Hopson-saisoniin perustuva Kerran kaudessa on täydellinen pari patiolle.

Can 44 cl. Pours an almost clear, pale yellow with a fizzy, frothy and lacing, white head. Spicy, citrusy and yeasty nose. Medoim body, an initial tropical fruitiness with a slight sweetness that quickly turns very dry and ends on a bitter note. Lovely. 030326

Smell of citrus. Hazy golden colour, extreme white head. Aroma of citrus, malt, straw. Light yeasty note. Nice, but nor very saison-y, Mosaic takes over too much. Lightly bitter. Lively carbon.

Hazy yellow colour, medium-sized white head. Saison yeast spiceyness meets Mosaic fruits in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Saison yeast character, some fruityness. Easy going Saison (fortunately enough ABV).
