A collab with Dogfish Head?? Woah!! We were wildly stoked when the legends at Dogfish Head reached out about collaborating on their 30th Anniversary brew, and now we’re proud to present our version of Manifest the Awesomeness, featuring Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Nectaron! Together we took this West Coast IPA to the next level by experimenting with continuously drip-hopping it using flowable CO2 hop extract for 90 minutes. It gets awesomer - we sourced all the malt used in this beer from California, including malted rice from Eckert, and Pilsner malt from Admiral. Expect aromas of fresh pine, lemon peel, and blueberry, alongside flavors of grapefruit segments, citrus zest, dank resin, and subtle biscuit & cracked pepper notes.
