We took our super fresh to death base beer, cool-fermented it this time and loaded it with the freshest 2020 Riwaka hops from NZ, and gave it an extended cold conditioning. The result is absolute ?. Beautiful aromas reminiscent of a cross between Nelson Sauvin and Motueka—complex nose of citrus, weed, dank, ammelon, white wine, and a hunt of herbal undertones. This brew is super soft, nuanced, and scary drinkable with zero bitterness.

Can, from The Hoptimist, Manhattan. Pours extremely hazy dark yellow like apricot nectar, small frothy beige head, citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter unripe mango-citrus peel taste, faint apricot flavor, somewhat thick body, long finish. Juicy NEIPA.
