HAZY IPA test batch for PIZZA PALS 2025
Bagel Bytes 2.0 is the second test batch for Pizza Pals 2025, a winter seasonal collaboration with a committed Partner in Pizza. It’s a powerful Hazy IPA, smooth and aromatic enough to compliment any variety of pizza. Look for cans of Pizza Pals in 4-packs this winter and in the meantime, let us know what you think.
What’s new in this batch: Magic J yeast - a new yeast strain designed to improve beer taste and increase percentage of magic/pint.
Hops: Citra, Krush Cryo, Ekuanot Cryo, Eclipse, Citra CO2 Extract, Citra Dynaboost, Simcoe Cryo
Malts: Breiss Pilsen, Malted Oats, Crisp Chit, Weyermann Acidulated

Hazy orange body with thin white head. Citrusy aroma. Hoppy taste with a malt bit and a finish that leaves in the middle.
