On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, piuttosto torbida, schiuma medio-leggera. Al naso note citriche, di vino contadino, stalla, lattica. In bocca è molto acida, lattica, tart, tagliente, monodimensionale. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione leggera. Molto sgraziata.
