Knife Hits is red hot and ready to be pulled from the stove. Our West Coast IPA brewed together with Ghost Town Brewing returns to fill your lungs with a lupulin-charged, panic inducing nightmare. Knife Hits was boiled down til bitter with Simcoe hops that were used again in the whirlpool with New Zealand Superdelic. We brought these two back for the dry hop with HBC 586. Take a toke of the sweet red berry candy, passionfruit, and pine resin notes that cut like a knife.

16 oz can. Aroma is cantaloupe, peachy, tangerine, dank, lightly grassy. Pours mostly clear golden with a one finger bone-white head with decent retention. Taste has a moderate pithy bitterness with juicy, dank, and piney hop flavors.

On tap at Great Notion - Ballard, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has tropical melon, some white wine gooseberry, and light pine. Flavour is much the same, with piney hops, big white wine hop tang, and crisp biscuity malt to back. Great hop combo—marrying the best of Nelson, Mosaic and Simcoe. Excellent.
