A full bodied rustic lager with notes of hay, caraway bread, and sage. Brewed with our friends at Chuckanut Brewing, we made this lager using Weyermann Isaria heritage malt as well as heirloom Polish hop varieties. We were inspired by our shared love of quaffable beers and admiration of tradition. Named after Poland’s heroic outlaw, Juraj Jánošík.

Dark gold body with white head. Light spicy and herb aroma. Malty taste with a spice note. I would say this is very much like a standard Wallonian boerhuis saison made with lager yeast.
