Soft sweet mealy apples and green twigs with a sudden steep dry finish. Woody, tannin dry. Quite tart, almost gluey at first. Later more soft and chalky. Light body with a soft unfiltered mouthfeel, fine carbonation and dry finish. Dangerous easy drinker.
