Dry hopped with Citra and Idaho 7, there is absolutely no error being made here.
Idaho 7 has very quickly climbed our completely made up, and only hypothetically a thing, “hops we love” ladder. In the last couple years it has become something of a darling to our dear palates and a hop we’ve turned to more and more. It’s a big hop that absolutely nails the balance between juicy ruby red grapefruit, dank and mixed citrus. It’s intense, unique and layered. We really dig it. We think it pairs superbly well with Citra. Enjoy :)

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and some tropical hops notes and with a semi-spicy finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes, some tropical hops notes and a semi-spicy finale. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with nice tropical floral hops notes with light spicy notes.
