This is our version of the newly popular Italian Pilsner style. We sourced a Mediterranean Pilsner malt for a subtle malt sweetness and balanced it with the spicy, sweet character of Saphir hops with a nice floral and herbal character of Hersbrucker. Late hop additions in the whirlpool and dry hopped, creates a crisp, drinkable Pilsner with a pleasant citrusy, floral and spice aroma.

Clear gold body with white head. Floral aroma. Malty taste with a citrus note. Somewhat sweet finish.
