13/8/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Aroma is woody, apple, vanilla. Lightly acidic, tannic, sulphur edge. Drying, tart, woody, slightly vinegary finish. Good.

750ml bottle from Aeble. Golden colour, no head and aroma of vanilla, oak, apple, wood barrel. Taste is tart, tangy, woody, appley, fruity, with oak barrel and vanilla notes, some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying oaky tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
