Sample at the brewpub. Brownish-amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Small patches of lace. Aroma of chocolate, dark fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of roast malt, fruit, vanilla and chocolate. The finish is sweet with a chocolatey aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft at the source. Clear amber brown color small tan head. Vanilla aroma on a cocoa background. Taste has chocolate, vanilla, plums. Nice.
