The brethren provideth. Toffee brown. Opaque. Thin foamy off-white head. Aroma is malty with a sour berry edge and low key woodiness. Initial sourness with a light bitter edge. Tangy berries. Underlying smooth malts. Gains caramel sweetness and the berries also ripen... sweeten... as it warms up. Medium bodied. Slick. Sticky. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Big lager. Heading into Bock territory.
