We focus on a traditional brewing method, using locally sourced ingredients, including whole British hops, and traditional malted barley.

Gravity cask at the 31st Tamworth Beer Festival, Assembly Rooms Tamworth, day 2 - 05/09/2025.
Clear golden blonde with a white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is orange zest, grass, melon, mandarin.
Taste comprises papaya, melon, tangerine, soft malts, light breads.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with light juicy hop bitterness.
Decent flavoursome cask pale.

8/8/2025. Cask at GBBF 2025. Zesty, citrus, grainy aroma. Nice bittersweet taste. Easy drinker.

Cask at GBBF 25. Clear gold. Thick lively foamy frothy white head. Aroma has citrus and gooseberry sourness and chewy malts. Flavourwise it's more sour focused. Gooseberry, etc. Some underlying malts. Light-mediu bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 29th June 2025. Gold with shallow foam and spot lacing. Spicy peel aroma. Fruity in-mouth and a sweet fruity finish. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.
