We brewed this special IPA to commemorate the establishment of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. We incorporated Maine-grown barley and wheat, along with generous amounts of hops with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus, reminiscent of the outdoors. Cheers to Mother Nature and all she provides us!
Flavor Profile: Aromas of melon, pineapple, and pink grapefruit. underlying notes of onion and garlic with subtle pine and a faint malt grain sweetness
Hops: Magnum, Simcoe, Mosaic, Columbus, Idaho 7
Malt: American 2-Row, Blue Ox Pale, Blue Ox Wheat, Blue Ox Vienna

Draft. Light golden body with a frothy, white head. Aroma of toasted grain, pine, light resin, lemon. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Taste of earth, grapefruit, pine, citrus. Not an IPA that says "wow, but one that's traditional and clean. Appreciate that in a sea of messy IPAs.

Poured from tap at YRL nice copper color with a white head. Aroma is grains wheat citrus floral hops and pine. Taste is smooth balanced hops citrus pine. Well crafted.

$7.99 bottle, Beer Run. Pours pale gold with a soft white head. Luscious aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, floral hops, pine, melon: all juicy and fruity. Flavor is bitter pine, roasted barley, citrus peel and a hint of juice, light floral notes. Very nice.

Boy, you sure can’t go wrong with a Maine beer. Hazy yellow color white head. Grapefruit tropical fruit aroma with a dank edge. Taste has pine and bitter fruit dry finish. The perfect New England IPA. Not new England style, just an IPA from New England.

500 ml bottle. Medium gold color. Large frothy white head. Nice clinging lace. Earthy citrus hop nose. Light tangy lemony malt base. Deliciously crisp, dry and complex. Notes of pineapple, kiwi fruit, lime and mint come to mind. Finish is light and refreshing with notes of lime zest and pine.

On tap at EatBar, pours a clear a clear gold with some sticky white head. Nose is alright, some grass, malt, lemon, soap, herbs, interesting lavender. Flavor has honey, lemon, pine, grass, heavy herbs. Slick and dry finish.

Bottle, thanks to Neil! Pours lightly hazy yellow small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is perfume, grapefruit, melon. Flavor is light sweet, light Bitter. Light pls body. Piney finish. A bit odd.
