Full pint, cask ale at David Protheroe (JDW). Shared with Finn. Clear amber coloured body. Filmy, bubbly layer. Spotty lacing. Mid-sweet smell of almond and dry hops. Decent taste profile of oily hops and almond. Bitter support towards the ending. Pretty alright. (Neath, 02.10.2010).

Cask @ Bar Fringe, Manchester. Dark golden with a creamy head. It's a light malty bitter, and smoothish in this respect.

(Cask at Angleterre, 20160116) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, caramel and earth. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, caramel, sweetness, earth and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A nice malty bitter.

Bottle from Cheers in Mumbles. Appearance - amber with a decent thin head. Nose - another sack of malt. Wee bit of red fruit. Taste - fruit biscuits and basically more malt. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finished. Overall - slightly better than the others, but that’s the best I can go with this one.
