Pronounced valknoot, this symbol is associated with the one eyed god Odin and the slain warriors of Valhalla. A LOT of hops go into this blood red beer and it's dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic.

Cask @ Assembly House, Kentish Town, London. Clear ruby-brown with a bubbly head. Lots of hops that do linger in its aftertaste, but thereโ€™s a a high berry-sweetness in its nose, some in its taste alongside a mild bitterness.
