On tap at Arrogant Pub, Reggio Emilia. Pours cloudy golden with large white head. Malty, crisp, light hoppiness, bit herbal, soft texture, some light bitterness. Light bodied. Proper pilsener.

Palate cleanser and also beer for the road at Arrogant Pub, grazie Alle! Crystal clear golden yellow. Light white pepper aroma. Taste is clean and crisp, highly quaffable.

04/05/2013 Ma che siete venuti a fà (tap). Dorata, limpida, bella schiuma bianca abbondante e persistente. Naso inusuale per una pilsner, molto luppolo ma anche malto ben percettibile, sentori speziati e floreali, con note agrumate. In bocca è freschissima, mirabilmente equilibrata, ben carbonata, con amaro anche abbastanza persistente. Corpo leggero, grande beva, perfetta per l’estate. Una gran pilsener! Estrema come concezione, ma perfettamente equilibrata!
