One of our absolute classics and a perennial favourite, a traditionally made Gose brewed with wheat malt, sea salt and coriander. With a slightly less traditional addition of buckets of Seville oranges to add a delicious citrus twist. Lightly soured and deliciously light to provide maximum refreshment, grab some malt, hops, yeast and oranges and meet me in flavourtown!

Can from This Is Beer. Appearance - pale yellow and fairly clear. Quickly disappearing head. Nose - dried orange peel. Light salt. Taste - properly salty and with the carbonation, it properly carries out the impersonation of orange soda. Palate - light bodied with a salty, sour tang and good persistence. Overall - pretty good.

Cask at the Reading Beer Festival - apparently it was the first gose they'd ever had on cask there. Cloudy yellow. Good big sweet and sharp lemon flavour, with some sherbet and then some richer fruitiness - not sure I could have recognised it as orange though. Didn't get any salt either. Decent full body for the low abv. Tasty and refreshing and very more-ish. Yum, a great opener for the fest.

Hazed pale yellow color with a white head. Decent lacing. Fine intensity in the aroma. Good balance. Medium (-) body and a soft to average carbonation level. Good balance between sweetness and acidity. Citric and fruity flavor. Nice refreshing stuff.
