Light brown colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have an interesting caramel and nutty mix. Very floral and sweet in the finish.

Raft at the source courtesy of staff, grazie! Clear deep amber brown tan ice cream cone head. Aroma of peppery chocolate. Taste is earthy cocoa and malted milk balls. Nice.

Keg at the brewpub in Florence. A clear reddy copper, coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is sweet nutty malts, cola cubes, brown sugars, earth. Flavour is composed of sweet malts, liquorice, brown sugars, apple, cola. Weird beer. A sweet bodied beer, brown sugars. Stale grains. Not for me.

Keg at the brewery bar - Florence. Pours clear, glowing gold with a white cream topping. Lots of dough, diacetyl and honey in the nose. Heavy sweet flavor with hints of floral hops, pale bread, dough, honeysuckle, lemon peel. Full bodied with average carbonation. Sugary finish with lots of doughy white bread, some creamy vanilla, hay, meringue. So so.
