Farmtruck is a collaboration with Evil Twin Brewing. We took 2 year old spontaneous beer and blended it with saison. The beer is bright, dusty, and complex. Only a few kegs filled, and we’ll eventually have to share with Jeppe.

Keg at CW Family & Friends, Session 2 @Manchester Central, 21/02/20. Lightly hazed golden yellow with an off white covering. Nose is green berry must, funk, hay bale, grains, light white peppery spice, yeast load. Taste comprises tarte citric shreds, lemon tinged straw, wood must, green berry skins, damp cloth, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, small fairly white head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is funk, oak, lemon, Brett ,basement, must. Flavor is light plus tart, medium funk ,hobo. light body. Nice

Hazy pale blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour are tart, fruity and grapey. Nice.

Sample @ MBCC 2017. Aromas of grapes, pear, vinous, oak, light hay-like barnyardy notes. Taste is grapey, oaky, light lactic, citrussy.

From tap at MBCC 17. Light hazy yellow golden color with white head. Yeasty aroma, funky, tart citrusy fruity, wood. Sweet and acidic taste like aroma. Medium thin to oily body with soft carbonation.
