A special strong saison brewed with warm thoughts of friends, family and all of you, for a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year. Our classic floor-malted grains, with the addition of maize and sugar for a big beer that is still light and “digestible” as the Belgians like to say. Aromas of gingersnap, allspice and citrus with flavors white grape, orange marmalade and spice cake. Dry hopped with Motueka and Hallertau Blanc.

Draft at Craft Brewed 5-ish anniversary event. Pours a clearish gold with a full 2 fingers of foam that lingers. Dried pineapple, orange zest and banana all over the nose. Clean and crisp, light sweetness then dry fruit on the palate. Fantastic and very much a tribute to DuPont, but with the nice pineapple notes. Draft at Salud. Clearish bright golden color white head. Aroma of dusty attic corners and black pepper. Taste is dusty funky hay and straw. Very tasty.
