More like a red ale than a pale ale. Some citrus. Good malt complex with some rust. Can from Total Wine.

Draft at The Hop Shop. Clearish golden color. Nice fresh meadow aroma. Taste is lightly bitter floral haystacks. Very nice.

Admirable stab at a pale ale, but falls short due to a fairly indiscernible hop profile and some buttered malt undertones that aren't exactly pleasant. A biscuity, grain-tinged base makes for a solid platform, but a clingy butteriness creeps in as the pint warms, offsetting the mild lemondrop and grapefruit notes from the hops. Finishes somewhat soapy and sweet, with a firm pine backbone attached to the fade. Pours a mildly hazed orange-gold with a slight white head and modest lacing. Aroma's a buttered biscuit. Brisk carbonation helps, but the off flavors linger far too long.

12 oz can shared at the November DC RateBeer tasting. Slightly hazy golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral, malt. Tastes of tropical fruit, stone fruit, citrus, floral, malt. Medium body with a dry finish.

12oz can at the November DC Ratebeer tasting. Poured a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma was light citrus, light caramel notes, light toffee. Light creamy.

From a can at the November RB DC tasting. Thanks, Maniac! It is a clear anber with an off white head. The Aroma is citrus and the taste is is strong somewhat bitter with maltiness but no distinct flavor

From a can at the November RB DC tasting. Thanks, Maniac! Pours a clear anber with an off white head. Aromas of citrus and pine. Flavors are bitter, which lingers in the finish.

Pours clear copper color with off white head. Aromas of tropical and citrus fruits with some caramel. Sweet caramel flavor with some grapefruit and mango. Medium body with average carbonation.
