With the Nitro Nemesis series we make a beer with the mouthfeel of a milkshake - soft, full and drinkable! We do this by saturating the beer with real Nitrogen! Each edition has a different fruit in addition that changes with the seasons. For this autumn variety we have chosen cherry; with a blend of 40% sour and 60% sweet cherries you get a whole extra dimension of fruitiness in this beer. And of course we also have a full hop character in this IPA. New Zealand hops give the beer an aroma of green fruit and stone fruits.
