Tap @ Frederiks, Aarhus. Black with a smll beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee, maple syrup and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet. Sweet finish with lots of warming alcohol. Oily, smooth and soft. 130826

On tap. Pours black with no head. Aromas of sweet bourbon, chocolate nougat, graham cracker and slick roasted malts. Rich flavors follow same with additional vanilla, coconut and something like cinnamon. Hot finish but not really showing the ABV. Excellent.

Bottle at share. Mahogany pour, thin layer of off-white foam. Aroma of maple, malty, sweet. Taste is malty and sweet with a hefty dose of maple syrup. A little boozy in the nose, but plenty of heat in the sip.
