Bottle. Pours copper with medium beige head thay lasts. The aroma is strong oak, cherry skin, dates. Slick body, dark fruit, oak, leather, acidic, malty finish, very good.

CBS vertical tasting @ Tim's. Thank you Justing for sharing this. Last Veritas they are going to have with numbers. Light brown pour and beige foam on top. Nose is nice funky sour, vinegary with balsamic base. Oaky and tart vinegar also coming out in taste, caramel sour if it makes sense. Very complex and actually balance is pretty good. Enjoying this wild sour hybrid quite a lot.

Thanks Justin for sharing the bottle! Poured into a tulip showing moderately filtered cherry red with 2 fingers of lightly tanned foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of tart acetic boysenberry. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Moderately tart with oak in the background with lightly sweet Belgian quad on the mid. Flavors don't exactly come together very well.

Beautiful mahogany color. Sour nose with raspberries, bourbon, boysenberry dry tart nose. Very tart. Very tart. Full body, tons of oak, big juicy fruit character. The bourbon is big but thenoak and tartness take over too much. Lots of potential but they just got aging wrong.

Draft - Dark sour cherry and oaky notes. Cloudy dark brown with a rich beige head. Sweet fruity red berry and a surprisingly easy finish. Lightly acidic.
