Draught at Luluβs, 11/4/16.
Hazy white gold with a mid sized white head showing modest retention.
Very tart, lactic heavy nose shows the earthy, juicy, vegetal cactus juice with a big lemon and yogurt character joining it. Dry wheat like grains balance, I suppose. Very young and rather raw but still fun.
Juicy cactus adds lots of vegetal flesh and light pepper. Blanket of wheat and minerals underscores things with heavy lactic acid on the end. Engaging carbonation, bright, juicy and acidic. Good, rather intense.
