Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 4.5
TAP at the brewpub. Hazy straw, white head. Slightly sweet and mineral with notes of ascorbic acid,green apple, some egg. The taste medium sweet with a yellow strong medicinal taste, like ascorbic acid. Really short on hops. Slightly astringent, but mostly smooth mouthfeel. Not so great.
