Really hazy golden-amber, small white head. The aroma is subtle malt sugars and even more subtle ginger. Actually, like the ginger - it does a good job replacing aroma hops here. A little bit of yeast / dough. Similar rustic sweet cereal lager taste, really clean with a low carbonation. A gentle, yet strong enough, spicy hop kiss in the finish. Quite a nice zwickelbier style lager. And even the ginger is not a problem.
